T10 Speed Farm Wizard [Season 5] [Patch 2.4]

This T10 speed farming build is arguably the most versatile season 5 build because the wizard is the only class in season 5 that can make use of Sage's Journey without sacrificing too much damage. Minor changes to this build sets it up to farm up to GR65 rather easily.

You should always be running 6 piece Tal Rasha's Elements. While farming rifts or doing bounties, Sage's Journey and Corruption is preferred and Firebird's Finery should be used in greater rifts.

Fill in stats with Armor > Vitality > Resistances > Health Regeneration > Movement Speed

SlotItem
Weapon In-geom
Aether Walker
Armor Aquilla Cuirass (Survivability)
Warzechian Armguards (Movement)
Nilfur's Boots (Damage)
Jewelry Ring of Royal Grandeur

Aquilla Cuirass is preferred for general survivability; don't use Warzechian Armguards without Wreath of Lightning. Nilfur's Boots could make an appearance if your damage is really low, but Explosive Blast should be one shotting everything for you.

Gems

Substitute Boon of the Horder and Wreath of Lightning for Bane of the Powerful and Bane of the Stricken for greater rifts.

Gameplay

The gameplay for this build is rather simple - keep Storm Armor and Diamond Skin up, teleport into mobs (for the stun and Tal Rasha's arcane damage), spam Explosive Blast, cast Electrocute and Frost Nova to keep Tal Rasha's 6 piece bonus and Focus/Restraint up. For rift bosses, cast Electrocute, charge Explosive Blast, teleport in, cast Frost Nova, and run out every 8 seconds (every time your Tal Rasha's meteors are up).

Once you kill your first elite group, In-geom will proc and you will be able teleport every second for the next 12 seconds, find your next elite pack, and repeat. Remeber in order to get the In-geom buff, you need to kill the entire pack (pretty obvious for blue mobs, but yellow minions need to be cleared as well); any gobiln will also proc In-geom.

All of your skills are essentially free thanks to the Prism rune on Diamond Skin, so Aquilla Cuirass has 100% uptime. If you survivability issues, run Ice Armor with Crystalize over Storm Armor. In higher difficulties/greater rifts, you may want to weave around the edges of mobs instead of teleporting in; this keeps your Orb of Infinte Depth proc up and keeps you somewhat out of harm's way.
